Terms of service

Party Pony (partyponygames.com and partypony.tv) is operated by ByCrux ("we", "us"). By creating an account, buying a Party Pack, or joining a party, you agree to these terms.

You sign in with a phone number or Google account. Keep access to it, it's how your purchases are tied to you. You must be at least 13 to create an account. Players joining with a room code don't need one.

A Party Pack is a one-time purchase that unlocks its games and theme for your account: a personal, non-transferable license to host parties with it, as many as you like. It's not a resale or commercial-hosting right. Payments are processed by Stripe; prices are shown at checkout.

Digital goods, delivered instantly, so no automatic refunds once a Party Pack is unlocked. But if something didn't work, wasn't what you expected, or you bought it by mistake, email us within 14 days and we'll sort it out like humans.

Quiz answers, display names, and game responses are yours; you give us permission to store and show them to your party, which is the entire point. Don't submit anything unlawful, hateful, or that violates someone else's rights, and don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service. We can remove content or close rooms and accounts that break these rules.

The games, themes, artwork, and software are ours (or licensed to us) and protected by intellectual-property law. Buying a Party Pack doesn't transfer any of that to you beyond the license above.

We work hard to keep parties running, but the service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the service is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update the service or these terms; material changes get a new effective date on this page. You can stop using Party Pony anytime, and we can suspend accounts that violate these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which ByCrux is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
